What is Holotropic Breathwork

Holotropic Breathwork (HB) is a therapeutic breathing technique that aims to help with personal growth and emotional healing. HB was developed in 1975 by Christina and Stanislav Grof. HB involves rapid, controlled breathing patterns and music to help participants enter an altered state of consciousness. This process is intended to help participants access deep-seated aspects of themselves.

Benefits of HB integrated into your self-care:

  1. Improved self-awareness
  2. More positive outlook on life
  3. Reduced stress
  4. Improved digestion
  5. Boosted immune system
  6. Lower blood pressure
